I know, Ive been gone a while. I have no excuse, merely that in the time college has begun I have found myself caught up in all manner of things and have neglected you, my worthy audience. Also, I have had a couple million different ideas for fics and Ive just been trying to sketch them out so I dont forget the good ones. Ive also gotten my eager claws on a decent copy of photoshop and have been experimenting with that. Talk about needlessly complicated. Thank god for YouTube tutorials. I posted two drawings I was working on for the fun of it, and will probably post the accompanying fic, even if I dont decide to take it anywhere. I need to expand my fanfiction profile a bit anyway. I hope to have my Magic VS Chakra essay posted soon, so I can enjoy the heat of the flames. Ah... there will be fun times ahead.
Also, just so everyone knows, Swine Flu has aboslutely nothing to do with Pigs. Penny Arcade lied to me. I am fucking miserable to put it mildly. My recommendation to everyone out there in the wide world. Dont you dare fucking get it. Quarantine will be up in two days, so Ill see everyone then.

Hello there, you seem to know a lot about Necromancers and such. I'm having a difficult time trying to find proper information on Nercomancers and symbols associated with them, would you mind helping me out? D:

First off, necromancers don't really exist. People can deal in necromancy in real life, like certain native tribes and obscure voodoo practices, but very few people specialize in it. Its not too healthy. When trying to search for fictional references, which really are far more common and interesting, my favourite source of inspiration would be the Necromancer player class from the Diablo PC games, by Blizzard. They really have an interesting back-story. Another good inspiration might be the Dominic Deegan online comic. Just Google it. References for the real world might include the afterlife myths of various different religions. They are more likely to have standardized information freely available. I hope this helps. If your question was a little more specific I could do more.

Wow thanks a lot for the info.

Sorry, I should have been more specific, I didn't mean I was interested in the practice, I actually meant that I have a character who practices necromancy and voodoo and I was just looking for proper sources and information to get the whole idea as close to right as I can, with credible information.

But I'll check out the sources you have provided for me. Thank you.

I meant that no one practices only necromancy straight out on its own, its always combined with something else, a branch off another art. I did not mean to imply you were seeking out to practice it. I'm glad I could be of help anyway.
